a) The RingTagz Pack forms part of the RingTagz Service and are available to subscribers of the RingTagz Service.

b) By subscribing to the RingTagz Pack on a monthly basis, you will receive credits each month to purchase 3 premium RingTagz Tracks ("Monthly Entitlement"). You will only be entitled to buy one RingTagz Pack per month.

c) The charge for the RingTagz Pack is £2.50 per month ("RingTagz Pack Fee") and will be charged in advance each month until you choose to cancel the RingTagz Pack subscription. The RingTagz Pack Fee is payable in addition to your Monthly Playing Fee.

d) If you don't use your full Monthly Entitlement during the course of a month, you shall forfeit and not be entitled to carry forward any unused part of the Monthly Entitlement to the following month.

e) You can cancel your RingTagz Pack at any time by visiting the ‘Settings’ pages on the RingTagz website or WAP site (accessible from 'My RingTagz' on the RingTagz WAP site), whereupon the RingTagz Pack Fee will not be charged in the immediately following month.

f) Any RingTagz Track you receive as part of any Monthly Entitlement will remain valid and accessible as long as you continue to pay the Monthly Playing Fee (regardless of whether your RingTagz Pack subscription is still active), subject to your complying with the RingTagz Standard Terms and Conditions.

g) If you wish to purchase further titles over and above your Monthly Entitlement ("Paid-for-Tracks"), you will be charged in accordance with the Terms.

h) If you are a Pre-Pay customer who subscribes to RingTagz Packs and you do not have sufficient credit at the time that the RingTagz Pack Fee becomes due, then the provisioning of your Monthly Entitlement will be terminated. You may chose to rejoin the Pack at any time.

i) Use of the RingTagz Service is subject to the RingTagz Standard Terms and Conditions. In the event of conflict or inconsistency between the RingTagz Pack Terms and Conditions and the RingTagz Standard Terms and Conditions, the RingTagz Pack Terms and Conditions shall take precedence.
