What are Ringtagz?
Ringtagz replace the ringing that your callers hear while they wait for you to pick up the phone with music, comedy voices and more. Add as many to your collection as you like and play different ones to different callers.
How much do they cost?
Using Ringtagz costs just £1.50 a month, no matter how many you have in your library, and each Ringtagz item is either free or £1.50. This will come out of your credit or be added to your monthly mobile phone bill.
Will Ringtagz work on my handset?
Ringtagz are separate from your handset and are stored on the Orange network so will work on all handsets as long as you stay on the same number.
How long do Ringtagz last?
As long as you're an Orange customer and pay your £1.50 monthly paying fee. You'll also need to keep the same mobile number.
Can I play different Ringtagz to different callers?
Yes, you can! You can choose exactly who hears what and when. To set this up, just go to My Ringtagz and follow the instructions or visit the Ringtagz website www.ringtagz.co.uk to manage Ringtagz more easily.
What is a Shuffle list and how do I create one?
Shuffle lets you create a playlist from your Ringtagz and play them randomly to callers. To turn Shuffle on go to My Ringtagz and click Settings. You can also manage shuffle lists more easily on the Ringtagz website www.ringtagz.co.uk
How do I set a Ringtagz for Everybody?
When you start the service shuffle will be off and all callers will hear the first Ringtagz you get.
How do I change my Ringtagz for Everybody?
You can either buy a new Ringtagz (it will automatically become the default) or select a track in my library and set as default.
NOTE: If you delete all your Ringtagz you are not deactivated. You will still be charged but your callers will hear the normal ring ring and your library will show the 'standard ring ring' as the default track
Where’s my Shuffle List? Why is only my new track playing?
If you have purchased a new Ringtagz it will become the default and play to all callers. To reactivate your shuffle list or add tracks to your shuffle list, visit ‘Settings’ in ‘My Ringtagz’ on WAP or ‘Manage My Ringtagz’ on web.
What is the Ringtagz Pack? And how does it work?
Every month you can chose 3 new premium tracks for only £2.50 per month. Premium tracks include chart tracks and other specific music tracks.
Can I keep my Ringtagz Pack credits if I don’t use them?
No, Ringtagz Pack credits are only valid for 1 month. After this they are replaced with the credits for the following month.
How do I view my Ringtagz Pack credit balance?
You can view your credit balance at any time by visiting 'Settings' in My Ringtagz.
Can I cancel my Ringtagz Pack and keep the Ringtagz Service?
Yes. Cancel your Pack any time by visiting the Ringtagz Pack page. You will lose any outstanding credits. Cancelling your Pack does not affect your Ringtagz Service or Ringtagz purchased with the Pack.
What if my Ringtagz Pack fee can't be taken?
Don't worry you won't lose your Pack straight away, you will have 1 month to top up and reactivate your Pack. If you do not top up enough in this time you will lose you Pack, but your Ringtagz will still play as long as you have paid your monthly playing fee.
What should I do if I buy Ringtagz and they don't work?
Once you've bought a Ringtagz, it should be available within 5 minutes, though this can take longer at busy times. If there's any technical reason why your Ringtagz item isn't working, we'll let you know and you won't be charged.
How do I stop Ringtagz?
You can stop your Ringtagz service at any time by visiting My Ringtagz > Settings. You will no longer be charged, but your Ringtagz service will remain active until your next billing date unless you chose to stop the service immediately. You can also text STOP to 88188 to stop the service immediately. To start the service again you simply need to buy new Ringtagz. If you rejoin Ringtagz within 3 months of deactivating your library of Ringtagz will be available to use again. If you do not rejoin within 3 months they will be lost.
What if my monthly playing fee can't be taken?
Don't worry you won't lose your service straight away, you will have 1 month to top up and keep your service. If you do not top up enough in this time you will lose your Ringtagz service.
Why do I need to enter my Mobile number?
If you are browsing on wifi we can't tell who you are so we may need to ask for your mobile number so we know who your are and can set your Ringtagz.

If your wifi is switched on you will need to switch it off to manage your account. Optionally visit our website www.ringtagz.co.uk on your PC to manage your account more easily.
